DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICIES
A deposit is required on all advance reservations.
For multiple night stays, a 50% deposit is required.
For one night stays, the full balance is required.
Balance due upon
arrival.
Every effort will be made to honor guest requests for specific rooms.
A $15.00 service charge on all cancelled reservations which are not re-booked
to another date.
Deposits, less the $15.00 service charge will be refunded on
all reservations cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
Deposits will be forfeited for
reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival.

Deposits will be forfeited for reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival. No exceptions.
